Helpful things to include
- Which calculator or page you're writing about (a link is ideal).
- For a suspected error: the numbers you entered and the result you expected.
- For a request: what you're trying to work out, so the right thing gets built.
Numvella processes everything in your browser, so we have no access to the numbers you entered into a calculator unless you include them in your message — which is why a report without its inputs usually cannot be reproduced.
For calculation errors specifically, the corrections policy explains how reports are investigated and what happens once one is confirmed.
