These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Numvella(the "Site"). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. What we provide

Numvella offers free, browser-based calculators and educational articles for general and informational purposes. All calculations run on your device; we do not require an account.

2. Not professional advice

The Site provides estimates and educational content only. It is not financial, tax, accounting, medical, legal, or other professional advice, and should not be relied upon as a substitute for it. In particular, health-related tools such as the BMI calculator are screening aids, not diagnoses. For important decisions, verify results independently and consult a qualified professional.

3. Accuracy & "as is" basis

We work hard to keep our calculators correct and test them thoroughly, but the Site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted availability. You use the Site and rely on its results at your own risk.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Numvella and The Numvella Team will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or other damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site or its results.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Site — for example, by attempting to disrupt it, breach its security, or use it unlawfully. The Site's name, design, text, and code are owned by The Numvella Team and protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may use our embeddable calculators on your own site provided the "Powered by Numvella" attribution link remains intact.

6. Third-party links

The Site may link to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of those sites.

7. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will update the "Last updated" date above when we do.
